The artwork offered on our website are "Artist Proofs."  Historically the artist approved, the first few images as the original was being copied so the first few images were slightly different than he rest as colors were being adjusted.  Now, with computerization, that is usually not needed but the tradition remains.  The artist proofs are considered more valuable, have a smaller number size and increase in value faster than the limited edition.

You will notice that we can frame your image.  We offer a limited number of framing options and do so more economically than most framing shops.  Framing your image is important to preserve it.  How it is framed is also important as different wood, matting material and glass have an effect on the longevity.  We "conservation" frame our pieces which means it is protected from fading and the effects of acid.  It is hard to represent this on a web page as colors and display varies so widely across different computers and browsers.  We represent the frame with a slightly bigger aspect ratio to emphasize detail.
